Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group seeks a Maintenance Manager in Atherstone to lead the maintenance program at Kantor's Power RDF Power Plant. You will report to the Plant Manager and ensure safe, reliable plant operation and availability.

You will plan day-to-day maintenance, coordinate CMMS (Spidex) usage, supervise staff and contract resources, oversee outages, and drive safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the Maintenance Manager role.
• Commercial understanding and strong HSE systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate outages and vendor resources.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the maintenance function and personnel.
• Plan PPM schedules and review plant defects.
• Oversee CMMS implementation to improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Assist in outage planning with the Plant Manager.
• Prepare and manage site maintenance budgets.
• Ensure safe systems of work and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Operations to ensure responsive maintenance.
• Chair monthly maintenance meetings and report site activity.
• Deputise for the Plant Manager when absent.
