Job summary

Vested Talent Ltd. seeks an Electrical/Mechanical Design Engineer to work on diverse power generation projects. You will produce electrical/mechanical drawings, participate in generator sizing, ventilation and acoustic design, and provide technical support to project teams.

The role requires design experience in power generation, 2D AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of control systems. Some site activity and commissioning support may be involved.

Qualifications

• An electrical or mechanical engineer with design experience in power generation or related industry.
• Design experience with generator systems, fuel systems and electrical distribution.
• 2D AutoCAD skills and experience producing technical drawings.
• Knowledge of control systems, including PLC programming (desirable).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and Drawings – electrical and mechanical, including single line diagrams, control layouts, connections diagrams and fuel schematics.
• Producing CAD drawings.
• Working on generator sizing, ventilation and acoustic designs.
• Providing technical expertise to project managers and internal teams.
• Supporting occasional commissioning, testing and site activities.
