Job summary

Arqiva is seeking an Engineer for Power & Environment Groundworks based in South/West Wales, with a primary base at Cardiff/Wenvoe. The role focuses on implementing and troubleshouting power and environmental infrastructure across broadcasting, networks, and utilities sectors.

Responsibilities include testing, maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors. A degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Power Engineering is preferred, with City & Guilds certifications and

Qualifications

• Experience in power and environment engineering.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of power supplies, environmental controls, analogue and digital electronics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical & environmental systems.
• Test and validate new power & environment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Supervise 3rd party and contractor delivery to meet Arqiva specs.
