NoteMachine UK Ltd - A Brink's Company is seeking a Customer MI & Reporting Executive (Power BI Developer) on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote/hybrid, focusing on delivering customer-focused MI, dashboards, and insights to influence commercial decisions.

Work closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to produce, enhance, and automate reporting across the business, turning data into actionable storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience producing MI and business performance reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large datasets and Excel.
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Produce accurate and timely Customer MI and Account Management reports.
• Analyze customer performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Extract, validate, and analyse data from multiple systems and data sources.
• Use SQL and other reporting tools to prepare and manipulate data.
• Create engaging visualisations and executive-level reporting packs.
• Document reporting processes and contribute to best practice.
