Job summary

Brink’s Inc in the United Kingdom seeks a Power BI Developer / Head of Strategy & Analytics to deliver Customer MI and Account Management reporting on a fixed-term basis. You will build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, analyze customer performance, and provide actionable insights to commercial teams, ensuring timely, accurate data for decision-making.

Joining a Strategy & Analytics function, you will collaborate with Account Management and stakeholders to drive reporting improvements

Qualifications

• Experience producing management information (MI) and business performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Customer MI and Account Management reporting across the business.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support Account Management teams by providing reporting, analysis and insights on customer performance, trends and opportunities.
• Ensure reporting is delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data issues and dashboard performance concerns.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from multiple internal systems and databases.
• Use SQL and other data tools to acquire and prepare data for reporting purposes.
• Perform data cleansing and validation activities to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Create meaningful visualisations and presentations that effectively communicate key business metrics to stakeholders.
• Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and recommend appropriate Power BI solutions.
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting effort.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis, customer reviews, account performance reviews and commercial projects as required.
• Document reporting processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Position Overview

The Customer MI & Reporting Executive will provide analytical and reporting support to the business, focusing on Customer Management Information (MI), Account Management reporting, and Power BI dashboard development. Working within the Strategy & Analytics team, the role holder will be responsible for producing, maintaining and enhancing customer and commercial reporting, supporting Account Management teams with actionable insights, and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely performance data. The role will support ongoing reporting requirements, business projects, and reporting improvement initiatives during the fixed-term contract period.
