Job summary

CCH Group is seeking an Insight Analyst to transform data into trusted reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. You will design reporting schemas, validate data with data engineering, and work with stakeholders to define measures and rules for action.

Responsibilities include building Power BI models, coordinating with data teams, and ensuring repeatable, governed reporting. The role reports to the Group Data and Governance Manager and offers opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

Advanced Power BI skills in semantic modelling, DAX, report design and performance, with SQL proficiency and familiarity with other BI platforms.
Ability to define measures and business rules and test results against source data.
Strong stakeholder skills and confidence leading requirements sessions, challenging assumptions and explaining findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and required measures.
Define consistent definitions, filters and business rules for measures with data owners.
Create reporting requirements, prototypes and acceptance criteria using govern ed datasets.
Build Power BI dashboards and semantic models; ensure reliable, automated reporting.
Explain findings to stakeholders, including uncertainties and data limitations.
