Formula. in London is seeking a Power BI Engineer to design and maintain reporting solutions that support key programmes and broader customer data initiatives.

The role sits at the intersection of business needs and scalable data delivery, partnering closely with Data Science, Product and wider business teams. You will design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets, create data models and pipelines using Databricks, and drive automation to reduce manual reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Power BI and SQL capability.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Background in data modelling and analytics engineering.
• Comfortable turning business asks into robust, scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and underlying datasets.
• Build reporting data models and pipelines using Databricks.
• Deliver reporting across customer, digital and commercial areas of the business.
• Drive automation to cut down manual reporting work.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Product and business stakeholders.
• Up to £500 per day, Outside IR35.
• Initial 6-month term, rolling.
