Axon Moore Group Ltd based in North Manchester is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to bolster the FP&A function. You will produce internal and external reporting, leverage Power BI, and support budgeting with analysis and insightful commentary.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a financial reporting/finance analyst position.
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI desirable and willingness to learn.
• Degree in IT/Finance/STEM subject desirable.
• Good confidence and commercial awareness to influence at all levels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently and in a team.
• Problem solver with drive and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into reporting solutions.
• Own cost centre reporting, provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and concerns.
• Support annual budgeting with data analysis and consolidation.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with timely, accurate data.
• Assist with Power BI rollout across the business for better visuals.
• Help automate reporting processes and improve MI quality.
