Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Power BI Developer to join a fast-paced contract project delivering critical reporting across finance and operations. Based in Leicester with a minimum of two days onsite, you will design and deliver Power BI dashboards, build robust data models, and integrate new data sources for stock, warehousing and retail analytics.

You will work with stakeholders in an agile environment, translate business requirements into clear visualisations, analyse product and payment launches,

Qualifications

Proven experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Strong SQL skills with complex datasets.
Data modelling fundamentals and best practices.
Experience with Databricks and retail analytics is desirable.
Experience in agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards to support finance and operations.
Design, build and maintain data models using existing and new data sources.
Create visualisations to enable data-driven decision making.
Analyse the performance of product and payment launches, identify trends and opportunities.
Support stock management, warehousing, and financial operations investigations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver iteratively.
