Job summary

PD&MS Energy (Aberdeen) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our DS&T Team on a full-time basis.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working model with two days per week remote and a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will leverage Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, build data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions, pipelines, and data warehousing improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject.
• Masters degree in relevant discipline (preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in data preparation, data warehousing and BI projects.
• Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Fabric.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS and SSIS.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand BI requirements and KPIs.
• Design and develop data models for performance and scalability.
• Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Set up deployment pipelines and automated data refreshes for reports.
• Collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers to align BI solutions.
