Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer for a permanent, fully remote role. You will own Power BI development, support Fabric environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust reporting and data solutions.

Applicants should be hands-on with Power BI and Fabric, capable of designing semantic models, datasets and optimising performance. Experience in data warehousing is desirable but not essential; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development experience and hands-on Fabric knowledge.
• Design and optimize semantic models, datasets and DAX calculations.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Solid SQL skills and cloud data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models and datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize DAX, Power Query and data models.
• Support Microsoft Fabric usage across the organisation and related services.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines and transformations.
• Ensure reports are reliable, performant and maintainable.
• Document reporting solutions and data models.
