Position

The Power BI Developer will maintain our Power BI development momentum, providing insights and visualizations of company data. Our goal for 2025 is to implement a robust data-driven KPI management system and enhance our management information platform, making data central to decision-making at departmental levels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present impactful reports and visualizations to senior management, aligning insights with strategic goals.
2. Review current data landscape and develop solutions for improvement.
3. Collaborate with departmental heads and stakeholders to define objectives for data analysis and reporting.
4. Work with the IT & Data team on report construction and maintenance.
5. Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs and process maps.

Person Specification

• Experience in data analysis, modelling, and business intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience with Power BI (essential), Excel (essential), and DAX (desirable).
