Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to join the Data, Technology and Analytics team. You will work with the Measure data platform, building dashboards in Power BI and ensuring data integrity across client projects.

A strong focus is on translating client needs into technical requirements and delivering scalable BI solutions. The role requires experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modelling, plus familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing disparate datasets together in data visualisations.
• Experience working with Power BI.
• Understanding of data modelling and data integrity challenges, best practices to address them.
• Cloud platform knowledge: GCP (preferred).
• Experience using SQL to analyse and transform data.
• Experience working with digital marketing and/or web analytics data.
• Experience with DBT.
• Experiencing working with tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Has worked in a technical team that use Agile, Scrum methodologies.
• Experience of DevOps tools: GitHub/Gitlab.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of bespoke data solutions within the BI team, ensuring high standards in BI and data visualisation delivery.
• Collaborate with planning teams to translate business specifications into precise technical requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by developing and validating queries.
• Develop, and maintain robust dashboarding solutions using Power BI, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain an expert understanding of digital advertising and ad serving technology.
