Job summary

CHEC is seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to design and deliver high-quality reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data technologies. You will work with Data Engineers and Data Architects to create a trusted reporting environment for clinical, operational, commercial and executive teams.

You will champion self-service analytics, drive data literacy, and help establish a single source of truth across the organisation while supporting NHS reporting processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insights for operational and executive audiences.
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering reporting solutions using modern data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop semantic models and governance around reporting environment.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to improve reporting consistency and data literacy.
• Monitor Power BI performance and data refresh processes.
• Support NHS statutory reporting processes and data quality initiatives.
