Are you passionate about transforming data into powerful insights that drive real impact? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Power BI Analyst to join their Business Systems team and shape how data supports decision-making across a rapidly expanding, pan-European organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Power BI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building, optimising, and maintaining a suite of dynamic reports and dashboards that support stakeholders across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and end users to understand their needs, craft intuitive visualisations, and ensure our data tells a meaningful story. This role offers the opportunity to influence how business intelligence is leveraged at scale—helping drive strategic decisions as we continue to grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing impactful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Cleaning, transforming, and modelling data for optimal insight generation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate output.
• Presenting complex BI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advising on reporting capabilities and collaborating with third-party vendors.
• Aligning data solutions with broader technology and security architecture.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• A strong grasp of data warehousing, data modelling, DAX, and SQL.
• Proven ability to interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
• Solid project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
