Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Power BI & Application Developer - AI to shape the next generation of client analytics by combining Power BI, application development, and AI technologies. You will design and maintain client-facing analytics apps and dashboards, integrate AI features, and collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, actionable insights.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Power BI & Application Developer - AI will:

• Develop and maintain client-facing analytics applications and reporting products

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting best practice
• Solid SQL capability
• Experience building and developing applications or customer-facing digital solutions
• Exposure to AI technologies and large language model integrations
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and analytics solutions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
