Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Power BI & Application Developer - AI to shape the next generation of client analytics by combining Power BI, application development, and AI technologies. You will design and maintain client-facing analytics apps and dashboards, integrate AI features, and collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience building client-facing analytics apps and dashboards.
• Strong Power BI development, including DAX and dashboards.
• Solid SQL capability.
• Experience delivering executive-level analytics reporting.
• Experience integrating AI technologies and LLMs.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-facing analytics apps and reporting products.
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies, large language models, and agentic workflows into applications.
• Support the migration of traditional reporting outputs into scalable analytics products.
• Build executive-level dashboards and delivering actionable business insights.
