At Nexperia Manchester, we are expanding our Applications team with the addition of a Power Electronics Application Engineer. Our Power MOSFET groups supply high-quality devices to the automotive, industrial, computing, and consumer sectors, providing advanced solutions for the electrification of the automotive industry and the high-density power requirements of AI and data centre infrastructure.

As a Power Electronics Application Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the development and deployment of reliable power protection, power distribution and conversion/control solutions across strategic growth markets. AI infrastructure and telecom will be key focus areas, alongside robotics, solar and energy storage, with a focus on low voltage power MOSFETs.
This role is well suited to candidates with experience in industrial or other high-reliability power electronics applications, such as automotive, who want to apply their expertise to high growth markets such as AI infrastructure and next generation data centre power.
