Rubicon Recruitment Agency seeks a hands-on Powder Coating Supervisor in Wareham to lead the coating line and optimise daily operations. You will work a 7am–4pm schedule Monday to Thursday, with Friday 7am–1pm, and shape shop floor processes with genuine influence.

Required is proven powder coating experience and previous supervision, plus strong estimating skills for powder usage and a practical approach to maintenance and quality control. Lead by example and collaborate across departments.

Formación

• Hands-on powder coating experience with ability to operate coating gun.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Strong powder-usage estimation skills.
• Good cross-departmental communication to coordinate with other supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line
• Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly
• Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track
• Carrying out hands-on powder coating work yourself when needed
• Performing hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Maintaining quality and output standards across the team
