Job summary

Powder Coating Operative role in Chatham, United Kingdom. This permanent position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm. You will prepare components, apply powder coating, inspect finished products and maintain equipment in a busy factory environment.

Powder Coating Operative

Permanent Position

The Role

Our client is undergoing a growth period, and is looking for 2 new Powder Coating Operatives. As a Powder Coating Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are finished to the highest standards. You must be confident working in a hot, factory environment.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing components for powder coating
• Applying powder coating using specialist equipment
• Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous powder coating experience is preferred/can be trained
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
