Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group in Bedford is seeking a Paint Line Operative to join our powder coating team. You will load and unload components and apply powder coating with spray guns.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy parts, and maintaining equipment. Overtime opportunities, full training, and a modern, clean working environment with immediate starts are on offer.

Paint Line Operative

Bedford

Hours: 2pm - 12pm Monday to Thursday

Salary:£13.50 - £16.50 per hour

Shift Premium:Additional£3.00 per hourbetween 5pm and 12am

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components
• Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care
• Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line
• Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
• Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity
