Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group in Bedford is seeking a Paint Line Operative for a permanent role. The position runs 2pm-12am from Monday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities and a competitive hourly salary.

You will load and unload components, apply powder coating with spray guns, and maintain equipment such as ovens and conveyors. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items safely, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary:£13.50 - £16.50 per hour

Shift Premium:Additional£3.00 per hourbetween 5pm and 12am

We are seeking a dedicated Paint Line Operative to play a vital role in the paint operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components
• Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care
• Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line
• Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
• Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity
