Responsibilities

• Carry out colour changes and keep equipment clean.
• Work from job specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines.

We looking for an experienced Powder Coaters to join a growing fabrication team, based in the heart of Staffordshire.

The Role

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating fabricated metal components to a consistently high standard.

• Preparing metalwork ready for powder coating


• Hanging, masking and cleaning components


• Applying powder coatings evenly to achieve the required finish


• Setting and monitoring oven temperatures and curing times


• Inspecting completed work for quality and finish


• Carrying out colour changes and keeping equipment clean


• Working from job specifications and production requirements


• Maintaining a clean and safe working area


• Working closely with the fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

We would ideally like applicants who have:
