The Best Connection is recruiting an Experienced Powder Coater to join the Hadley Park area team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with a starting pay rate and a structured progression after a trial period.

Role involves preparing parts, masking, operating powder coating equipment, and ensuring uniform thickness. You must have powder coating experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to lift metal parts. A reliable team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and blasting parts to ensure correct adhesion of powder coating.
• Masking or plugging holes and threads to protect specific areas from coating.
• Setting up and operating powder coating equipment (manual or automated spray guns, booths, and ovens).
• Applying powder evenly and in line with thickness specifications.
• Selecting appropriate powders based on colour, texture, and performance requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness of spray booths, spray guns, and associated equipment.

Experienced Powder Coater - Hadley Park

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to work in the Hadley Park area.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay Rate

• £13.00 per hour (starting rate)
• Increase to £14.00 per hour after a successful trial period

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
