Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Powder Coater to join our production team in Redditch. You will apply powder coating to components, prepare parts by cleaning and masking, operate and maintain coating equipment, and inspect finished products for quality.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.70, weekly pay, and benefits. The ideal candidate has powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment on site.

Pay Rate

£13.70 per hour

Working Hours

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Following all health and safety procedures
