Cranswick Country Foods is hiring a Poultry Handler based in Eye, IP23 8BW. You will travel to poultry farms daily, catching live birds and loading them into the modular catching system, working as part of a team across East Anglia.

This permanent, full-time role offers a weekly salary of £724.47 to £771.52, pension contributions, a bonus scheme, and benefits such as the Share Scheme and Cycle to Work. Flexibility with hours and strong welfare knowledge are valued.

Crown Farms forms part of the hugely successful Cranswick Plc.

As a Poultry Handler you'll work as part of a team travelling to a number of poultry farms on a daily basis and your main job will be catching live birds and loading them safely into the modular catching system.

You will be working at various locations within East Anglia and possible other locations further afield.

Main duties include:

What you will need:

• It is desirable that you have previous catching experience
• You will have good knowledge/understanding of animal welfare
• To be flexible with working hours and able to work as a team

Pay, Benefits and hours / shifts:

• £724.47 basic weekly salary + various bonus system increasing to £771.52 after probation
• Hours are varied Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
• Bonus Scheme Extra Earnings of £60+ a week (Attendance and Load)
