Pilgrims Europe is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to lead poultry operations and support welfare-focused farming across our Broiler farm. You will deputise for the Farm Manager, maintain records on birds, food and stock, and drive efficiency with a hands-on approach.

The role requires a driving licence (van provided subject to checks), and you will work a 5 from 7 pattern (approximately 48 hours per week) with accommodation allowance and a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous poultry farm experience.
• Level 2/3 Poultry Passport Qualification or equivalent.
• NVQs or equivalent qualifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist and support the Farm Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain up-to-date records on birds, food, and stock.
• Order supplies and manage stock levels.
• Deputise for the Farm Manager when required.
• Supervise and train Farm Assistants.
• Promote animal welfare and reduce environmental impact.
