Workforce Staffing is seeking Cook Pot Operatives for AM and PM shifts in Redditch. You will prepare food batches by following recipes, weigh ingredients accurately, and manage large production runs in a chilled environment.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, can follow instructions, and may have prior food production experience. The role emphasizes hygiene, traceability, and working efficiently in a team setting.

• Previous food production or kitchen experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food batches by following recipes and production instructions.
• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately (recipes can contain up to 20 ingredients!).
• Producing large batches of approximately 200kg.
• Adding ingredients in the correct quantities and sequence.
• Preparing marinades and other ingredients.
• Completing accurate traceability records, including ingredient details and use-by dates.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, food safety and health & safety.
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
