Job summary

Lancaster University is seeking a Learning Developer to support postgraduate students in the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). The role involves collaborating with faculty to teach academic skills, and providing in-person and online one-to-one appointments and workshops.

You will help build interactive online resources and manage the Academic Writing Zone for LUMS students. The post requires a Masters level qualification, teaching in higher education, and a teaching qualification,

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification and a teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching academic skills in higher education.
• Ability to respond flexibly to evolving student needs.
• Recent experience teaching online using Microsoft Teams and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning development for postgraduate students in LUMS.
