Qualifications

• PhD in Natural Products Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience with natural product isolation and structure elucidation.
• Experience in metabolomics and molecular networking is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Isolate and structurally characterize new specialised metabolites from engineered Streptomyces strains.
• Delineate biosynthesis of the produced molecules and investigate bioactivity in biochemical and cellular assays.
• Publish findings and contribute to a genome- and metabolite-guided discovery program.
