Job Title: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

We are recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead on an exciting project, ‘Eden Bioflo: Bringing Nature to Schools’, aimed at developing school-based nature interventions to enhance mental wellbeing and resilience in adolescents. The role is based at the Charlie Waller Institute, University of Reading, with collaborations across the University of Oxford and external partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing research activities, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The role offers training and networking opportunities in research, public engagement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research project, including study design, data collection, and analysis.
• Coordinate co-production workshops and liaise with schools and partners.
• Disseminate research findings and support engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• PhD or DClinPsy (or soon to obtain) in Psychology, Health, or related fields.
• Appropriate publication record for career stage.
• Experience in empirical psychological research, ethics, and data collection.
• Advanced statistical skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• DBS check required.
