Qualifications

• PhD or 2+ years in crystallisation process development in academia or industry.
• Experience with crystallisation processes, nucleation, growth, polymorphism, and yield optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into crystallisation processes to deliver fundamental insights.
• Scope solvent selection to optimise yield and productivity.
• Execute solubility solvent screens using COSMO predictions and measurements.
• Develop and refine crystallisation processes for high yield and purity.
• Determine crystallisation kinetics in single-solvent systems with small-scale reactors.
• Generate productivity estimates from yield, throughput, and cycle time data.
• Evaluate PAT approaches for improved process control.
• Assess filtration rates based on crystal size and morphology.
• Collaborate with modelling colleagues to create predictive tools.
• Share findings with project teams to influence decisions.
