Job summary

The Institute of Cancer Research in Sutton seeks a Postdoctoral Training Fellow to lead computational oncology analyses of multi-omic, longitudinal colorectal cancer datasets. You will study evolutionary trajectories to metastasis and explore epigenome-driven strategies to prevent or treat metastasis.

The role is fixed-term for 3 years and requires a PhD in bioinformatics or related field. Applicants should have strong genomic analysis experience, HPC usage, and capability to develop

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics or other relevant area.
• Proven expertise in genomic analysis and HPC environments; modelling is a plus.
• Ability to design and use bioinformatic/statistical tools (e.g., R, Python).
• Appropriate publication record for experience level.
• Good communication and time-management within a highly interdisciplinary team.
