Job summary

Royal Mail in Holsworthy is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) for a fixed-term 9-month role. You will deliver letters and parcels, using a Royal Mail van and on-foot routes, with a 20-hour week across 3-4 days and rotating weekends.

You’ll work 08:00–17:00, on a rotating shift, and receive full training, a uniform, and the iconic blue van. This physically demanding job offers variety and community impact.

Job type: Fixed Termcontract 9 months

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available.
Working hours: 20hours per week - working 3-4days in 6 across Monday - Saturday - 08:00/17:00*

About you

We'll provide full training, a uniform, and an iconic red van. You'll need:

• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs / hills, and lifting / carrying 10kg+ mailbags
