Job summary

Swift Temps South West, in partnership with Royal Mail, is sourcing Postal Delivery Workers for Bridgwater. The role is part-time, 30–40 hours weekly, with weekend requirements as per the depot.

You will start at the local delivery office, collect your vehicle or trolley and a handheld device, then deliver letters and parcels to your community. You should be upbeat, self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• DBS security check required prior to commencing
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Max 6 penalty points
• Some previous customer-facing or delivery experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Sort and gather mail for your route and deliver letters and parcels to your local community
• Start day at the local delivery office, collect your vehicle or trolley and hand-held device to follow your route
• Deliver items to customers along your designated round
