Job summary

Pertemps Royal Mail in Keynsham is hiring a Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Driver on a temporary basis. The role offers 30 hours per week with a 9am–3pm shift and immediate start.

Deliver letters and parcels by foot and light vehicle, using a handheld device for signatures and navigation. Expect outdoors work in all weather, lifting mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points; clean licence preferred).
• License must have been held for 6 months.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle - walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg).
• Use delivery trolleys when required.
