Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Cardiff is recruiting a Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Driver on a temporary basis. The role involves delivering letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle, starting from the local delivery office and loading deliveries for the route.

You will work 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday with weekend availability, shift 2pm–8pm, and be expected to liaise with customers, use a handheld device, and stay outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred).
• Licence held for at least 6 months.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg).
• Use delivery trolleys when required.
