Job summary

Pertemps is partnering with Royal Mail to recruit a Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Driver in Cardiff. Immediate start with a 30-hour week and a shift from 2pm to 8pm, offering outdoor, customer-facing work and independence.

Applicants should have a current UK driving licence, be comfortable in all weather, and able to manage time and tasks efficiently on a daily route. Previous delivery experience is welcomed but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred)
• License held for at least 6 months considered advantageous
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg).
• Use delivery trolleys when required

Schedule: Monday to Friday & weekend availability required
