Future Publishing seeks a Post-Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day post-production pipeline, coordinating editors and freelance post specialists to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Future is looking for a Post-Production Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our post-production pipeline, making sure footage moves smoothly from shoot to finished, delivered asset. You'll manage the schedule, resourcing, and quality of post-production work across editors and freelance post specialists — keeping projects on time, on budget, and to Future's editorial and brand standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the craft of post-production and is equally comfortable managing people, process, and deadlines.
The expected range for this role is £40,000- £45,000.
This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office.
