Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a technically minded problem-solver to join our Engineering team at Soho Square and Greek Street locations.

You will provide hands-on support across screening, picture and sound departments, tackling system troubleshooting and major installations to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and creative teams. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating production hardware, ensuring security standards, and supporting staff and production sessions.

Qualifications

• Operational support experience with Linux-based FilmLight Baselight and Autodesk Flame systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering support, system configuration and technical changes within screening, picture and sound departments.
• Maintain, update and troubleshoot production hardware and software to ensure reliable operation.
• Uphold the highest technical, operational and security standards throughout the facility.
• Support the calibration of broadcast monitors, cinema projectors and audio systems.
• Deliver installation, configuration and technical assistance for cutting rooms and client systems.
• Provide technical support for staff, clients and production sessions.
• Work closely with operational and management teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and minimise disruption.
• Provide cover in operating the screening theatres when the projectionist is not available.
• Be part of the team of Fire Wardens to assist in ensuring the safety of all personnel on site.
