Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day delivery of live and recorded productions from West London facilities (Chiswick and Stockley Park).

You will lead operational delivery across multiple teams, ensuring production requirements are planned, coordinated and delivered efficiently while driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with GT&O, Production Management and other operational teams to manage resources, bookings and schedules,

Qualifications

• Experience working in live broadcast, studio production or production operations environments.
• Strong understanding of PCR, studio and live production workflows.
• Experience supporting live sport or fast-paced multi-production environments is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to escalation issues appropriately.
• Working knowledge of scheduling systems, production booking and resource allocation workflows.
• Understanding of Risk Assessments, Health & Safety requirements and safe production practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational lead for Chiswick-based deliverables, representing Production Operations in meetings.
• Ensure production information and event requirements are clearly shared across GT&O departments.
• Coordinate with Production Resource, MCR, London Bookings, Engineering and other teams to align event details.
• Support planning and delivery of gallery positions, studio rigs and production setups.
• Check resource allocation documents and systems to confirm coverage and bookings.
• Review centralised bookings to confirm correct resources and booked operators.
• Maintain a visible on-the-ground presence during live deliverables and resolve issues.
• Coordinate studio maintenance around production requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure all studio and production activities meet Risk Assessments and Health & Safety rules.
• Coordinate allocation, bookings and upkeep of green rooms, make-up rooms and support spaces.
• Support maintenance of service facilities and update shared information areas with policies.
• Identify operational or facility risks early and take appropriate action.
• Assist with production confirmations, tracking call-times and overtime requirements.
• Maintain budget and cost tracking documentation and record approvals.
• Support freelance bookings and ensure teams receive clear documentation and expectations.
• Assist with new workflows, system integrations and facility updates.
• Assist with rollout of process changes and ensure teams understand new systems and responsibilities.
• Provide structured goals and development plans to the Production Operations Coordinator.
