Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a post‑production environment.
• Strong understanding of digital cinema equipment and workflows.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot production hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Linux, macOS and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for screening, picture and sound departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production hardware and software for reliability.
• Uphold high technical, operational and security standards onsite.
• Calibrate broadcast monitors, cinema projectors and audio systems.
• Deliver installation and technical assistance for cutting rooms and client systems.
• Support staff, clients and production sessions with technical help.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize disruption.
• Cover screening theatre operation when needed and assist in safety roles.
