Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or related field.
  • Fluent English; French language skills are desirable.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure during live events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for MAM and Post‑Production platforms in a hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment.
  • Manage tickets escalated from Level 0/1 and coordinate incident follow‑ups.
  • Plan maintenance activities and coordinate upgrades or reboot actions.
  • Monitor platform health and performance; collaborate with Tier3 for engineering tasks.
  • Gather workflow requirements and document engineering processes.
