Qualifications

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

The role

As a Post-Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for quality control and workflow of AllSaints.com global imagery. We are looking for quality-driven image content, underpinned by the technical expertise of digital photography, lighting, composition, and colour.

We are looking for someone who can appreciate the essence captured by photography and styling, cementing this through retouch to produce imagery that best represents the brand.

What will I be doing?
  • Work with digicon on partner image requirements (maintaining guidelines and processes)
  • Resize, rename, handover all imagery & upload for ecom
  • Day to Day upkeep of image related issues across the business
  • Schedule retouching resources for in-house and freelance teams
  • Ensure workflow runs efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Bring creative and technical feedback on images to the Studio team
  • Retouch AllSaints e-commerce imagery
  • Provide freelance on-set shoot teams with technical support
  • Review and sign off daily the lighting standard
  • Deliver final image to the Digital Asset Coordinator for uploading
  • Work with Studio Manager to communicate team and image development plans
What skills do I need for the role?
  • Extensive experience of related fashion retouching experience is a must
  • Obsessed with detail - bringing a high caliber of image standard to the brand
  • Accurate eye for maintaining image consistency as defined with the Art Director
  • Computer literate, proficient in Photoshop and Bridge use of Wacom tablet
  • Experience using and creating Adobe CC, PS Actions, scripts & droplets
  • A clear understanding of colour management
  • Essential to have an understanding of Capture One Pro and image processing
  • Additional support to be given to Studio teams (permanent and freelance). Examples but not limited to issues around CaptureOne image processing, checking cameras, cables and lighting rigs
  • Commercial understanding and brand awareness
  • Use of initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to project manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain pace whilst being adaptable
  • An enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude under pressure
About the location

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location: Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
