Job summary

Sky Originals is seeking a highly motivated Post-production coordinator to support the Post-production and Production Executives within the Production Management, Scripted team. You will manage technical workflows from capture to delivery for internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy across systems.

The role requires at least 1 year in a professional post environment, strong knowledge of broadcast workflows, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while prioritising

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a professional post environment.
• Solid knowledge of up-to-date broadcast workflows and production technology, including emerging tech such as AI.
• Understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of the Post-Production Executive in technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
• Liaise with stakeholders and partners to ensure delivery paperwork meets technical specs.
• Own and track post-production admin and data across platforms like Silvermouse, Airtable, and others.
• Ensure accuracy of technical specs in all systems and files.
• Manage onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, and delivery deadlines with stakeholders.
• Set up technical specs and access to Frame IO for external partners to share screeners.
• Oversee media management and distribution of online assets pre-TX.
• Provide technical support to Marcomms and partners for premieres and screeners.

We are looking for a highly motivated Post-production coordinator to work within the Production Management, Scripted team, supporting the Post-production and Production Executives. This role is to support and manage all Post-Production technical workflows from image capture, media management, QC and delivery for internal and external production partners end-to-end. In addition to supporting the wider Production team where needed. What you’ll do

• Day to day support of the Post-Production Executive in all technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and production partners to ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and fully delivered as per technical specifications.
• Ownership and tracking of all post-production admin and data including management platforms, Silvermouse and Airtable and other relevant platforms or systems.
• Ensure all technical specs are accurate, tracked and updated in all systems/files.
• Management and communication to stakeholders of onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes and delivery deadlines.
• Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO to enable external Production Partners to share screeners.
• Media management and internal distribution of online media asset pre-TX.
• Technical support for Marcomms and partners across premieres, screeners and creation of DCP’s.
• Ad hoc support to wider Production team.

What you’ll bring
