Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated Post-production Coordinator to work within the Production Management, Scripted team, supporting post-production and executives. This role manages all post-production technical workflows from image capture, media management, QC and delivery for internal and external partners end-to-end.

What you'll do includes day-to-day support of the Post-Production Executive, liaising with stakeholders to ensure delivery paperwork is accurate, and overseeing

• At least 1 year in a professional post environment.
• Knowledge of broadcast workflows and production technology including emerging tech like AI.
• Understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of the Post-Production Executive in all technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
• Liaise with stakeholders and production partners to ensure delivery paperwork is accurate and fully delivered to specs.
• Own and track post-production admin and data across platforms (e.g., Silvermouse, Airtable).
• Ensure all technical specs are accurate, tracked and updated in systems/files.
• Communicate onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO for external partners.
• Media management and internal distribution of online assets pre-TX.
• Provide technical support for Marcomms and partners across premieres, screeners and DCPS.

What you'll bring
