Working closely with the Post-Production Director, you’ll help manage team capacity, oversee output quality, and support the continuous optimisation of our post-production workflow.

Please note: due to the nature of our business, this role is fully office-based.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Postproduction Director in coordinating daily workloads for a high-volume e-commerce retouching team.
  • Prioritise tasks based on SLAs, delivery schedules, and daily/weekly production targets.
  • Assist in managing the wider retouching team, freelancers, and ensuring consistency is always met.
  • Help monitor daily KPIs, including rejection rates, turnaround time, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct detailed QC checks on imagery, ensuring consistency across creatives, models, lighting setups, and brand guidelines.
  • Uphold strict standards for colour accuracy.
  • Ensure all assets follow correct file naming, metadata, and delivery protocols for correct upload to FTP and Image DAM systems.
  • Provide hands‑on retouching support when needed.
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues within Adobe CC, Capture One, or the DAM system.
  • Support the implementation of workflow improvements, including batch-processing, presets, templates, and automation tools.
  • Work closely with Photography, Styling and Production teams to clarify retouching requirements.
  • Communicate timeline risks and help manage expectations around delivery times during high-volume days.
  • Ensure any feedback from Creative, Brand, or QC teams is actioned quickly and shared with the wider retouching team.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce image standards, including skin realism, fabric texture retention, product accuracy, and on-model consistency.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with proven experience in hitting daily/weekly throughput targets.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting or training junior Retouchers or freelancers.
  • Familiarity with image automation tools, batch workflows, or scripting.
  • Experience in analysing post-production KPIs and supporting improvements.
