TGJones operates a Post Office within its store, seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing branch. You will manage Counter Assistants, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance, and robust financial controls in a community-focused setting.

You will drive KPIs, support training, and partner with the Cluster Manager to translate data into action, while fostering a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, financial or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and security standards.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and customer service targets.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and security standards.
• Manage financial accountability, including reconciliations and audits.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to execute the Trading Plan and improve performance.
