Job summary

Elekta in Crawley is seeking a Part-time Post Market Surveillance Administrator to support the Post Market Surveillance team with case administration on 20 hours per week under a fixed-term contract.

You will set up cases in SharePoint and Salesforce, monitor timelines, manage queues, perform vigilance checks, and help prepare documentation for regulatory reporting. No previous experience required; strong attention to detail and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new cases across SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Calculate regulatory reporting timelines and set deadlines.
• Monitor inboxes, Salesforce queues and case reports; assign cases.
• Carry out vigilance checks to support timely reporting; prepare non-reportable docs.
• Assign completed cases for review and support case review activities.
• Investigate and document process deviations.
• Support the wider Post Market Surveillance team and learn regulatory reporting.
