Role Overview:
This role focuses on post-listing research and risk management for listed tokens on Binance. You’ll handle incident response, perform token risk evaluation, liaise with internal and external teams, and optimize processes related to token listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Handling:
- Identify root causes and assess impacts on Binance and token projects.
- Collaborate internally and externally to minimize damage.
Research and Risk Management:
- Review listed token performance using on-chain data, product adoption, community sentiment, etc.
- Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend mitigation measures.
- Evaluate token-related requests (rebrands, mainnet integration, swaps).
- Write clear reports on risks, requests, and incidents.
- Lead initiatives to improve risk detection and mitigation.
Operations:
- Onboard new token listings, collecting key info and preparing for trading.
- Coordinate operational requests from token projects (airdrops, cross-chain swaps, etc.).
- Optimize listing and operational processes/SOPs.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years’ experience in research, consulting, or related analytical roles.
- Strong critical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
- Analytical, structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
- Self-motivated and able to evaluate risks vs. rewards effectively.
